We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a coffee maker, fresh fruits, and a hair dryer. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was in the center of the entire development, with easy access to the next building through a covered connecting bridge. Plus, there were plenty of eateries nearby, making it easy to find good food.

everything in this hotel was perfect, the suites are very wide and I like the stuff very much they are very very very kind its really amazing to stay in this hotel. it deserve to have a 5 star in everything and every element in the room and the service

its under construction but was not annoying at all and I was very comfortable and enjoying my time in the spa and shopping and the restaurants and everything in general

We enjoyed our stay at this place which is conveniently located near the airport and within a short walking distance to the dining option, Coffee Terrace, making it a great base for our vacation.

Room were not clean and the flower was dead from the first day to reach and they did not changed until we left.

Location

Internet was not available with room booked as advertised. After much arguement till 11.00 pm management then changed the room to one which the internet was available. Food in restaurants were not of the exceptional quality available in Kuala Lampur. However, prices are 4 or five times as much. Example: Roti canai/ Roti Parata- Rm 6.50 each in the resort. That would make a malaysian LOL.

the location was perfect, with easy access to most eateries in the area. the hotel itself was in the centre of the entire Genting development, and I loved that I could easily walk to the next building passing through a covered connecting bridge. the room was spacious and clean, just as it was shown in the pictures. the staff provided fantastic service and made sure all my needs were met. I also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar in the room. it was a comfortable and satisfying stay.

The spa facilities were a bit disappointing and didn't live up to my expectations.

The high land cable was in maintenance so there is nothing else for me to do there except enjoying the good weather since I do not gamble.

The rooms were fantastic, as shown in the pictures. They were spacious, clean, and had a complimentary mini bar. The staff provided excellent service and made the check-in experience pleasant.- The location of the hotel was convenient and offered easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The spa facilities were a bit disappointing. They were small, noisy, and lacked enough space for relaxation.

We were very happy that the hotel managed to arrange for an early check- in as requested by us during the reservation. While we were waiting at the lobby, we were being served with chinese tea, this is a credit added to the hotel. The room is very clean and comfort, able to provide a very leisure stay for relaxation. The breakfast served at Coffee House is very tasty and delicious, not only promoting our local foods and all the foods' taste are just nice, not salty. My wife and me were very enjoy with the breakfast. Overall, we have an very enjoyable stay at Maxims Genting.

During our check-in session, the front desk did ask us about the type of newspaper which we preferred for the next morning but we didn't get any till we needed to get down to concierge counter to request for it. The front desk should advise us that they actually didn't provide China Press to their customer instead of made us waiting and expecting the delivery of newspaper on the next morning.

The internet is free. The Spa is very Comfortable and the staff are so delegate. The Business center staff are very helpful.

the amenities were top, notch and fulfilled our needs. the room was spacious with exclusive advantages such as a private jacuzzi and a balcony with beautiful views. the staff provided excellent and efficient service.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the noise levels outside of the room during peak hours due to the nearby attractions. this was easily manageable by closing the balcony door.

Waiting for Service was a littlemore than I would have expected.

The location of the property is awsome, though it would help if they have some pick up facility from the bus stop at Genting. The facilities are great, Rooms and toilets are very clean and well stocked. Being at the highest point you can also have great view from your room. Staff is courteous. All in all a great place.
